*Responsible for maintaining appearance standards as well as safety of the property.
*Responsible for estimating / take-offs, prep-work, layout, fabrication, installation, repairs and maintenance of tile, marble, granite and various natural and synthetic stone surfaces and materials in floor, wall, counter-top, partition mosaic, decorative pavers and glass tile.
*Responsible for stocking, hauling, lifting, and transportation of trade materials & supplies.
*Willing to assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
*Using material handling equipment, forklifts and cart hand operated digging, jack hammering, demolition, and cleaning tools and equipment.
*Responsible for all other duties as assigned by area and management.
*Responsible for tracking and entering labor time worked on projects.
*Must have minimum 5 years journeyman experience in one or more of the following areas: Estimating / take-offs prep work, layout fabrication, installation, repairs, and maintenance of tile, marble, granite and various natural and synthetic stone surfaces and materials in floor, wall, counter-top, partition, mosaic, decorative pavers and glass tile.
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Completion of a 4 year accredited apprenticeship program is recommended.
*Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
*Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license.
*Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
*Must be proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and personal protective equipment.
*Must be able to immediately respond to all emergency situations and calls.
*Must be 21 years of age.
